For further development, especially for the assessment of previous etaps, we offer rapid prototyping and reverse engineering combined with classic technologies.
3D scanning — to convert the physical model into digital data in the form of cloud points we use the GO!SCAN scanner. It is suitable for accurate scanning of object size up to 2m. Accuracy and resolution 0,1 mm, volume accuracy 0,3 mm/m. It can scan color as well.
3D printing — POLYJET technology enables simultaneous printing from several types of material, whose color scheme consists of RGB colours similar to those in graphics programs. It is also possible to adjust transparency or rubberity, several parts can be printed together and can move towards each other after removing the supports,
– max. model dimensions are 500 x 400 x 200 mm,
– resolution up to 0,016 mm,
– high mechanical resistance,
– more than 1000 types of material.
We can modify the surface of the model according to the required texture - gloss, scaled mat, various types of wrinkles such as humps, leatherette, seams, cracks ... (either in CAD or directly in the reality, or in a combination of both).
Printing is possible also in FDM and PLA technologies.
The robotic workstation has a 6 x 3 m clamping plate to which large workpieces can be clamped and subsequently tooled by a Kuka (extra high accuracy) robot moving on the rails along the whole board
– machining of artificial wood, artificial clay, foam and aluminum up to dural hardness,
– welding,
– recurrent tests etc.
CNC milling — we can mill common types of steels, stainless steel, tool steel, titanium, dural, wood, artificial wood, artificial clay, plastics, foam materials, dusty materials,...
– 3-axis milling in dimensions max. 1100 x 700 x 700 mm,
– 4-axis machining on horizontal or vertical rotary table,
– 5-axis machining in dimensions max. 500 x 300 x 250 mm.
Vacuum casting into silicone molds is highly accurate casting of a wide range of cast resin based materials that mimic the properties of the final thermoplastic or rubber materials almost perfectly. It can also be used as replacement or for functional tests and pre-production evaluation.
The process of casting is fast and inexpensive, it is not necessary to invest in metal tools.
Wax patterns for casting metals into shell molds can be cast multiple times.
Thousands of different material properties ranging from rubber to transparent and foam materials, to conventional PMMA, POM, PE, ABS plastics etc.
´We work with molds up to 850 x 1500 x 900 mm - System V2000.
Classic Workshop — lathe machining, drilling, grinding on cylindrical or magnetic machine,
TIG, MAG, CO2, spot welding, soldering,
manual work with classic tools such as sheet metal forming - hammering or English wheel,
forging, grinding, pressing,
finishing (sandblasting, polishing, preparation under paint, for forming, under chrome or zinc plating, painting smaller objects).
